High security touch-screen shredder, suitable to shred "Classified" and "Top Secret" documents: all controls are activated by simply touching the panel. High precision design of carbon hardened cutting knives allows high shred loads with low power consumption. 24 hours continuous duty motor: no duty cycle or timed cool down period.
Kobra 245 TS HS-6 can shred a paper sheet in about 20.000 micro-chips which become absolutely unreadable even if special electronic devices are used. Kobra 245 TS models can shred also transparent material. The 0,8x5 mm cut size exceeds the requirements of NSA/CSS standards.
Equipped with "Energy Smart" system for power saving stand-by mode, automatic disconnection from the mains, automatic reverse in case of jamming, automatic stop at door opening and/or full waste bag. 40-litre cabinet mounted on casters.

PROTECTION AND LUBRICATION OF CUTTING KNIVES
The SHRED GUARD metal detector provides the Kobra shredders with additional protection against large metal objects inadvertently introduced into the shredder. SHRED GUARD stops the machine immediately preventing any possible damage to the cutting system. An illuminated optical indicator warns the operator of the presence of metal.
An AUTOMATIC OILING SYSTEM on your shredder completely eliminates the need to manually lubricate the unit. Not only does this protect the blades with anti-corrosive agents, but ensures maximum reliability, efficiency and capacity. High security and cross-cut shredders benefit most from this practical option.
